And in the opening moments, that’s what we get: Carrie, emerging stylish and angelic through double-doors to meet Miranda, Charlotte, and a black-skirted Samantha for a nice (probably vulgar) midtown comfort lunch, just like the old days. ”But just when you think you’ve seen it all,” Carrie says. “It hits you.
